American Hospital in Dubai is a 143 bed, acute care hospital in Dubai providing general medical and surgical services. Built with the aim to provide American Standards the hospital is undergoing expansion activities for additional 144 beds. The hospital has obtained accreditation by the Joint Commission International (JCI). In 2005 the hospital opened a new Cardiac Center to perform cardiac interventional and surgical procedures.
