Human Resources Specialist / Job Analyst (SR 13,837 tax free plus benefits )
- Educational Requirements: B.Sc. (Western Only)
- Professional Experience: Minimum (5) years’ in management. Four (4) years’ of recent experience in education or in a health care field.
- Must be fluent in English, both oral and written

Responsible for coordinating the Hospital’s ongoing job evaluation structures/ schemes, analyzing existing positions for continued equity or salary grading; defining and describing newly established positions, and supervising the preparation, maintenance and updating of Position Description/ Performance Appraisal (PDPA) of all Hospital departments.
