Author: Due to tremendous community need, Lancaster Community Hospital in Lancaster, CA is seeking additional Family Medicine physicians for its growing city. Physicians will have the option of either starting a new practice with full hospital support, or joining an existing group. Physicians can choose between outpatient-only or traditional practice set-ups (no OB will be required in either case.) Call coverage, as well as a competitive compensation and benefits package, will be offered. Lancaster Community Hospital is also excited about the upcoming opening of its brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, set for mid-2010! The new hospital will be located in the nearby city of Palmdale. Lancaster, a city of over 140,000, is located in Los Angeles County. The city of Los Angeles is just 40 miles away, and San Diego is also located within a 2 1/2 hour drive.
